These terms explain how you may use RentScore, what you may publish and what we expect from every member of the community.
Who we are
RentScore is operated by SERA MAKINA VE ENDUSTRI YAGLARI SAN TIC LTD STI, trading as RentScore. When you use RentScore or buy a report or subscription, you are contracting with SERA MAKINA VE ENDUSTRI YAGLARI SAN TIC LTD STI.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use RentScore, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
The service
RentScore publishes tenant ratings, rent figures, property and street reports and rent estimates. The first five comprehensive reports are free; after that you can buy a single report for $10 (one time) or a monthly subscription for $50 per month for unlimited reports. Current prices are always shown on our Pricing page.
Who can use RentScore
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to act for the organisation you represent. You must give accurate information, keep it up to date and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your reviews and ratings
Only write about places you have actually rented or used. Your answers must reflect your own experience, must not be paid for by anyone and must not contain insults, personal data of other people or unlawful content. You keep the rights to what you post and allow us to host and show it on the site and in aggregated statistics.
Prohibited use
You must not use RentScore for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading; send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload malware; probe or attack our systems; scrape or copy content in bulk; reverse engineer the service; resell or redistribute reports; or get around usage limits or the paywall.
Intellectual property
SERA MAKINA VE ENDUSTRI YAGLARI SAN TIC LTD STI owns the RentScore service, software, reports, design, documentation and brand. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.
Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and our Refund Policy. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Accuracy and availability
Scores, rent figures and reports come from tenants, not from us. We do not guarantee that every figure is correct or up to date, or that the service will run without interruption or errors. Always check a property yourself before signing a rental contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may hide content, suspend or close accounts for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. You can delete your account at any time; your data is then deleted or anonymised as described in our Privacy Notice.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. We may update these terms as the service develops; continued use means you accept the new version.
